With thirty years in the telecom industry, here and abroad, Bob is the go-to guy for all of our telecommunications projects. He has provided high quality, turn-key engineering and installation services to Telcos, telecom equipment manufacturers, CLEC's, cable companies and enterprise networks. He has also managed many emergency restoration services due to hurricane, tornado, ice storm and flood damages for major Telcos and cable companies.
David Bokas: Integrated Services

As our Integrated Services Director, David oversees various projects in both Florida and Texas. When a new project comes up, David is the guy who will dive right in and figure it out from every angle. Having graduated with a degree from the University of Central Florida in sociology, this has certainly come in handy managing so many different types of people! A great team-builder, an absolute gentleman, and about as witty as they come - David brings great energy to all of the projects he’s involved with.
Debra Holdridge: Accounting

As our Accounting Manager, Debra oversees all of our accounting and payroll procedures. She’s continuously streamlining our processes and ensuring that our systems work efficiently and are compliant with corporate policies and procedures. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Accounting at the University of South Florida and spent over thirteen years in the accounting field before coming to Triage Partners. A cause that’s close to her heart is fundraising for the local chapter of the ALS Foundation.
Ryan McCoy: IT Operations

Our Manager of IT Operations, Ryan is constantly evaluating our network infrastructure and ways to improve our productivity and profitability. Formerly he was the Manager of IT at SHP Senior Living Services in Tampa and Corporate Sports Marketing Group in Clearwater. He’s a graduate of USF’s College of Business. When he’s not overseeing our technology systems you can find Ryan enjoying a great English Premier League football match and perhaps yelling at the TV.
Gina Neira: Operations and Client Support

With over ten years experience in operations and sales, Gina Neira knows the in’s and out’s of the telecommunications world. She supports all of our projects and project managers with a focus on problem solving. Passionate about customer service, she is always looking for new and innovative ways to help save our clients money and resources. Prior to arriving at Triage Partners, Gina managed the local operations of RJE Telecom. She loves what she does and is someone who counts her blessings every day.
Jill Pearson: Marketing

As our Director of Marketing, Jill is tasked with making sure our messaging is just right. With nearly twenty years of experience in advertising and marketing, she stays strategically focused amidst ever-evolving industry trends. Formerly the Director of Membership at the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, she is passionate about the local tech community and continues as a volunteer on their Board of Director’s Marketing Committee. She graduated from Boston University, is still a Terriers hockey fan, but rarely misses that snow.
Stephen Bokas: Director of Field Services

Overseeing our California operations, Stephen is a master at streamlining operational procedures, managing personnel, delivering strategic value and enhancing profitability. With a background in hotel and business administration, Stephen worked all over the country before landing at Triage Partners and Triage Partners CA. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and still misses that dry heat when he has to suffer through the Tampa summers! When he’s not working (whenever that is!) you can find him enjoying time with his family.
