Founder’s Story

Patricia Dominguez, President and CEO
When Patricia “Pat” Dominguez began her career years ago, she was a single mother struggling to support three toddlers, at times relying on public assistance. She keeps two framed food stamps in her office to remind herself how hard she’s worked to be where she is today.
After working in information technology for a public utility company, Pat was CEO of a $40 million sales and marketing firm and Business Development Officer for a start-up software company.
Pat founded Triage Partners in 2003 after identifying a need in the telecommunications industry where she could provide innovative, technology-enabled solutions and services. The early years were like that of any start up: she wore multiple hats and her can-do attitude translated into numerous new business opportunities. Today Triage Partners is a company with a national presence and globally-recognized customers and partners.

In 2011, Pat won the prestigious Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year Award for Technology.
Triage Partners was also a finalist in the Tampa Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in the 51-250 employees category.
